Annie's series on the Los Angeles Review of Books: "Art Inside" explores her work in Arts in Corrections.
Annie and the Prison Arts Collective were honored with a Recognition the State Senate by Senator Jim Beall in January 2019. The PAC was recognized alongside the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, which hosted a reception at their Sacramento office featuring Senator Beall and Assemplymember Kevin McCarty.
The Prison Arts Collective is in the second year of a three-year Arts in Corrections contract from the California Arts Council to support sustaining and growing collaborative and multidisciplinary arts programming in eight CA prisons and expand to provide programs in 12 state prisons by 2020.

The Prison Arts Collective exhibition, "Beyond the Blue," was presented in the California state capitol, just outside Governor Newsom's office, in January 2019.
